FOLGA Baltica apartments in Świnoujście
Folga Baltica is a luxurious apartment complex at ul. Dutch 4 in Świnoujście. Modern, fully equipped interiors will meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests.
The property is adjacent to the ferry port (approx. 300 meters away), so you can go there on foot or by bike. The complex has a playground and a relaxation area with benches, surrounded by well-kept and professionally arranged greenery.
We have 45 apartments ranging in size from 36 to 98 square meters.
All offered apartments are two-level – they have a mezzanine with a kitchen or a place to sleep. Each apartment also has a balcony or terrace, which is an ideal place to relax for our guests.
Regardless of the standard, we offer our guests comfortably furnished interiors with a kitchenette and equipment necessary for cooking, as well as devices necessary for a comfortable stay. We also offer the possibility of renting bicycles and a bicycle trailer on preferential terms.
Every guest will find a parking space on the premises. Both the car park and the entire facility are monitored and guarded, so there is no need to worry about security issues.
Smoking tobacco or its products in the apartments is strictly prohibited.
There is a penalty of PLN 500 for breaking the ban – the cost of dearomatization.
Each apartment is fully equipped and has:
- bath towels,
- mini-cosmetics,
- tableware (small and large flat plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, tea cups, large and small dishes, cutlery),
- food (tea in sachets – 4 pcs, sugar in sachets – 4 pcs, salt in sachets – 4 pcs, pepper in sachets – 4 pcs, bottled mineral water – 2 pcs),
- deckchairs – 2 pcs,
- table,
- a clothes dryer.
In addition, at the reception you can buy:
- bottled beer brewed in the Folga brewery in Gryfice
- beach equipment (umbrellas, bags, towels, beach toys),
- cosmetics for sunbathing (sunscreen, preparations for sunburn),
- alcohol free drinks.
We also offer our guests the possibility of renting an ironing board, iron and a travel cot.
